3. Payment Policy

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. Payments can be made via major credit cards or other supported methods. Access to services and products begins after confirmation of successful payment.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 AI Learning Services

Clients may request a refund within seven days of purchase if no sessions have been attended. To request a refund, contact us with booking details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without additional charge. Once a session has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund but may provide a credit toward future services.

4.2 Digital Resources

Requests for refunds must be made within fourteen days of purchase and before any materials are downloaded or accessed. Upon approval, a refund will be processed to the original payment method and access to the content will be revoked.

4.3 Physical Products

Items may be shipped back within thirty days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within ten business days of receiving the shipped-back item. We do not accept shipped-back opened items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting at botarionera.com. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
